hyperlinks

Hello All.. Im a novice , it seems the stuff i want to do is nearly impossible..

Here is what Im after.

I have Adobe acrobat DC.

I hace a document where a specific word is repeated a few times.

I would like to have the user to be able to got to a certain page from each of those words, even if the word is on different page. Essentially have a hyperlink to a page automatically by applying it to the word and have Adobe make the word a Hypelink.

Any easy way to do this?. I would appreciate a way to do this.
