hyperlinks not working

My original document was created in Word for Mac. After converting it to a pdf in Adobe Acrobat, I added the hyperlinks and saved the document. When I emailed the document, none of the links worked. This is my 3rd time trying to get links to work. Thank you!

    Hi pcappy12,

    Simply emailing the PDF shouldn't cause the hyperlinks to be lost. What are you using to set the links? Are you linking to pages in the same PDF, or to external sources such as a webpage? What happens when you open the PDF on your own system and test the links?

    Please respond with a few more details about the issue and we can figure out where things are breaking.

    Hi Sara,

    I switched to Pages and converted to PDF. The links were gone. Is this typical? I added links again and it seems to be working.

    Hi Patty,

    I'm glad that your links are working now. It's not typical that the hyperlinks would disappear when you switched to the Pages pane, though. I hope that was just a one-off glitch and that your links continue to behave!
