I all ready have a membership and can't sign in

    Hi loril9478028,

    I'm sorry that you're unable to convert files. I've checked your account, but I don't see any subscriptions tied to the email address/Adobe ID that you use here in the forums. Is it possible that you signed up using a different email address? Or, that you signed up via the Reader mobile app? (If you did sign up via Reader mobile, you would need to check with the app store from which you purchased, as Adobe doesn't handle those subscriptions).
