I already have paid for the ability to convert PDFs to Word and Excel. It is saying that I have the free membership. Please help!!!!!

How do I reach a live person?  I do not have time for this way of contacting someone.  I already have a paid account that I have been using.  It now shows me as a free account and will not let me access my conversion of PDF to Word feature!  I have time constraints and no time for this!!
