I already paid yet can not convert

I already paid for the subscription yet when I go to export I am taken to another page to pay again, and yes I have tried suggestion from previous question and still get taken to pay for another fee.

If there is added fees for every service then this is not what was explained with initial fee paid.

If I had known there was no customer support, I doubt I would have paid for this service

    I'm happy to help you get your subscription sorted out. Did you receive your verification email, and follow the link in that email to verify your account? (If not, that could explain what's happening when you try to convert.) If you didn't get it in your mail email box, please check your junk mail folder.
