I am getting a script error when I try and log into adobe cloud or when I try and export a document directly from PDF file

    Hi Louiset,

    Looking at the description given above, it seems that you are experiencing this issue wile accessing the service online?

    If yes, then you may refer to the forum discussion where similar issue has been addressed- i have encountered the message "encountered an unexpected error" when I try to open up PDF pack. so it is not opening.… and follow the suggestion provided.

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
