I am having an issue with Adobe pdf converter. I was able to successfully convert pdf to word but the document is full of errors and made up words. how can i fix this

I need to figure out how i can resolve this issue. I was able to export PDF file to word to be able to make few changes, but instead found a lot of spelling errors and spacing, and punctuation throughout the whole 35pages. I have tried different computers with different microsoft Word and the problem is still there.

I need someone to help me. Its very urgent.
