I am having problems printing PDFs - all else is working fine. It asks me to save as:

Just last week, when I save a document as a PDF - I cannot print it.  If someone emails me a PDF I can print it.. help.

    Hi P Susan Burke,

    Let me see if I understand. You can print PDF files that people send to you, but not PDFs that you create yourself? How are you creating those PDFs, and what happens when you try to print? Is there an error message?  A few more questions...

    • Is the problem specific to one file?
    • Are you on Mac OS or Windows?
    • How is your printer connected to your computer (directly, or over a network)?

    I think that is enough to start with. Please write back and fill in a few of the details for me and we can take it from there.
