I am having trouble converting a document to PDF.Comes up "conversion failure"

Trying to download document to PDF but just comes back conversion failure.Havnt changed any settings at all.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting conversion failure error message while converting a doc to PDF, Is that correct?

    The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services with your current Adobe ID, try converting the doc to PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

    You can also refer to the following Adobe article File conversion error | ExportPDF

    Is it specific to one PDF file or is it with all the PDF files? Have you tried with other PDF files?

    If it is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

    For more troubleshooting, you can also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
