I am having trouble getting a pdf to upload to adobe send.

I continue to get an error message....."an error occurred while trying to access the service".  I have gotten this same error message for a week.  What do I do?

    Hi Janet,

    Are you trying to upload the file via Adobe Reader (we've recently seen reports of this error cropping up in Reader). What happens when you log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send? Are you able to send your file using the web interface?
