I am having trouble logging into my adobe convert. Every time I try to log in to export a PDF it says, "Error occurred while logging in"

I need help. I pay for it and if this is not going to work then I would like my money back.

It seems you are trying to ExportPDF service from Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If so, please login at https://cloud.acrobat.com and let me know if you still have the same issue.
