Trying to convert a PDF to PPT using Adobe PDF Pack. Getting a message saying source file (PDF) is not an option. I just purchased PDF Pack for the sole purpose of converting PDF to PPT.

If you were trying to export your PDF file to PPT file please use Export PDF then select PPTX output option.
If you used our service from Adobe Reader DC or Reader 11 please try from our web service at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password.
