I am not able to convert the PDF to a word document for editing even though I have subscription.

when I click export to word, it take me to the purchase page instead....this is frustrating.

Hi Heidag,

As you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF subscription, so you should be able to access the service.

You may please check whether you are "Signed In" using the correct email address or not (under which you have the subscription registered)

Try the link- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with a different web browser.

Also, if you are using the desktop application then you should be working on Adobe Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
