I am not able to print the PDF files that I would like to when I get them emailed.
I would like a refund please.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.
As mentioned by TestScreenName above, to print any pdf document you do not require any subscription. That can be done using free desktop application Adobe Reader DC.
You have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack which is an online service, that can be accessed via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and using desktop application Adobe Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

If Adobe PDF Pack doesn't meet your requirements, and you still want to cancel it. Then you can try the following steps suggested in- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
