I am on an Adobe Export PDF plan but am unable to export PDF's all of a sudden

I am on an Adobe Export PDF plan but am unable to export PDF's all of a sudden.

Can anyone explain why or what I have to do.

What version of Reader do you have? What happens when you try and export?

I have the same problem and I have a paid up Adobe Export plan and all of a sudden I can't convert PDF to Word anymore.

When I click on convert (PDF to Word) it shows it 'uploading' as before but then stops and states: 'Conversion Failure'

Please try to export PDF from the browser by navigating to this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check if you able to export from here .

Check the file size you trying to convert .It should not be greater than 100 MB.

Check with other files if you able to export them or the issue is just with this particular file .

Let us know if you able to convert from the link .
