I am on auto-renew, set to charge today but it is asking me to license to use?

I have had adobe for several months now on auto-renew but now it is asking me to license to use on the same computer. I checked the account and it is set to renew today. Any ideas?

Hi lesliejbn,

I've checked your account, and all is well there. Are you being asked to enter a serial number when you start Acrobat? As you have a subscription, no serial number is required. Are you logged in?

I thought I was, once I hit license this software, it is telling me that I already have the software on two computers. I have it on one other but have been using this one for months. It is now telling me my sign in is not related to this account?
