I am only allowed to convert 12 documenst, at a time, into 1 file. This information wasn't available to me before I bought the product. I need more leeway on this issue.

I wasn't made aware, that there was a limit on the amount of documents I could compress into 1 single file. Why wasn't this information provided initially?

I'm guessing you're talking about Adobe PDF Pack. If so, this limitation is clearly stated.

See here, under "How many files can I combine to PDF at once? ": FAQ | Adobe PDF Pack

If you want to combine more files then either do it in batches of 12 and then combine the combined files, or purchase Adobe Acrobat and you'll have no such limits.

What software are you using? Adobe makes many, many different software titles and you've managed to post in the general lounge forum. It's not a support forum and it's not product-specific.

Let us know which software you're using and a moderator can move your post to the correct forum.
