I am paying for a subscription but it tells me to renew it

I receive a prompt telling me to renew my subscription.  I logged onto adobe to review and it shows that my subscription is active.  One thing to note is that somehow I was paying for two subscriptions and I called to cancel one of them.  I'm assuming they cancelled the one that I've been using on my computer.  So now, my next question is....how do I get the correct subscription on my computer?

Hi mz19714,

I've checked your account--it doesn't look like either subscription has been canceled. Please Contact Customer Care,  so that an agent can help you take care of that.

But, that shouldn't affect your ability to log in and use your subscription. And your subscription is specific to one computer. So, as long as you have Acrobat installed, you should be able to log in and use it (just make sure that you're using the correct Adobe ID and password). Have you tried logging out, and then logging back in?
