Question
I am paying for a subscription but it tells me to renew it
I receive a prompt telling me to renew my subscription. I logged onto adobe to review and it shows that my subscription is active. One thing to note is that somehow I was paying for two subscriptions and I called to cancel one of them. I'm assuming they cancelled the one that I've been using on my computer. So now, my next question is....how do I get the correct subscription on my computer?
