I am paying for Export PDF but when I try to use it I'm sent to subscribe and they want me to pay for another subscription. How do I fix that?I have tried to: power my phone on and off; take the app off and reloaded the app finally and was able to

well my above message didn't complete.  oops!  I was able to sign in

to adobe since I already subscribed (it gave me that option) but it refused to accept the password for the apple store that worked on my computer so I changed it and retried. Now it only gives me the option to pay again , this is not a reply but continues the message above!

Sounds like you've purchased your subscription from the Apple App store. If that's the case, then Adobe doesn't handle your subscription. If you're running into problems with your subscription, please contact the App store.

Now, if you're trying to log on to Acrobat.com from Reader mobile for iOS, you need to use your Adobe ID and password, not your Apple credentials. Please let us know if you're able to log in with your Adobe credentials.
