I am running distiller 5 on XP and the conversion settings have disappeared.  How do I get them back?

    Hi HeraldPublishing,

    As you are using the Acrobat Distiller 5.0 on windows XP, the version of Acrobat Distiller and the OS both are very old, which is no longer supported and declared as discontinued product.

    We are not really sure whether the uninstall or reinstall of the application would help, as there is no way that we can test the same at our end.
