Hey Patricia,

We apologize for the delay in response. Have you got this issue resolved or still struggling with same issue?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is free application that can be downloaded from this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

If you have upgraded to Acrobat DC and now wants to roll back to the previous subscription you had, then you probably need to cancel the current one and resubscribe for Adobe PDF Pack/Export PDF whichever you were using.

For cancellation, you can take help of our billing customer support team: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html

If you have Signed Up for anything recently, then login on Document Cloud web and check if you can access the service or not: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Let us know if its still not resolved.

Thanks,

Akanchha
