As per the description above, you are not able to cancel your current Adobe PDF Pack, Monthly through the following link: "https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html", Is that correct?
If you purchased your Acrobat or Document Cloud subscription directly from Adobe, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
* Go to accounts.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID and password through which you made the purchase.
* Under Plans and producst, click on Manage plan to cancel the plan you want.
If you still face any issue, you may contact the Support team on Adobe Support for cancellation.
