i am trying to convert a pdf bank statement to an excel format but the text is all foreign once it downloads?

Could you confirm how you have been trying the conversion of PDF to a excel? And also, as mentioned above when you download the bank statement do you have problem with the text in PDF or after converting it to Excel?

If the conversion of PDF to Excel is not to the mark, then you may check any other file for the testing purpose.

Also, do not do the conversion directly online. First download the PDF open in Acrobat and then try the conversion to Excel.
