I am trying to convert a PDF to a word or rtf document and it says my document is too big.

ExportPDF imposes a 100-MB file size limit. If your file is larger than that, you can use Acrobat to convert it to Word or RTF. If you don't have Acrobat, please feel free to give it a try. You can download a 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
