Question

I am trying to convert a pdf to excel, no text is copied to the excel sheet or the text is corrupted.

I have to convert a 4 page pdf to excel.

The excel sheet either has no text or the text is corrupted.

The original is a good quality pdf.

I have used other programs to convert this file correctly but would prefer to use acrobat DC.

Pls Advise on a fix.

Hi Kcim,

As described above, and as per your account information we see that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

What is the workflow that you follow to convert the pdf to excel? Because its also depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with.
