I am trying to convert a word doc to a pdf (which I have done 100 times) but now when I sign in and press "convert" after the file is selected it is giving me an error message that says "reader does not have the ability to access this service"?????

    ‌Install and use Acrobat Reader DC. You can't use the previous versions anymore.
