I'm building an online store. I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm trying to download my catalog to my computer. It's a PDF file. Then I need to upload it to the website. I need step by step in layman's terms. Please help.

That really has nothing to do with Adobe; you upload the PDF as you would any other file, image, or HTML document. If you use an FTP tool, make sure it's uploaded in binary format, not ASCII.

There are many different ways; best ask the service provider of your website.
