I've checked your account and all is well there. What happens when you try to sign in? Do you get an error message? Are you signing in from Reader?

Please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com, and let us know if that works.

See this picture. I am trying to Sign in in the upper right hand corner and

it just blinks it does not open up the sing in
