I am trying to export a pdf to word without going online and I keep getting an error occurred while trying to exportpdf online...

I have been trying to convert files in adobe, instead of going online.  I keep getting an error indicating an error occurred while trying to exportpdf online.  I used to be able to do it without accessing my online account, has this changed?

    Hi retouche,

    If you're using Adobe Reader to convert PDF files, the conversion still happens online (and your files are automatically uploaded to your Acrobat.com online account). If you're receiving that error in Reader, please log out, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version.
