I am trying to put my Visa statements into an Excel document. I have bought the PDF exporter product with Adobe and when I try to convert the PDF statement it shows up horrible in Excel. Please help!

    Hi visastatements,

    There were some recent updates to ExportPDF, which may improve the conversion quality. In addition to what Florence suggests, please log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in to make sure you're not accessing a cached version of the ExportPDF website.

    Hi,

    Are you trying to convert from within Reader or from Browser?

    If from Reader then make sure you are signed in within Reader.

    Also try updating Reader to the latest v11.0.09 and check.

    If from browser then let me know which browser you are using and its version?

    Does it occur with all files?
