I am trying to send a document for signatures but It's not working?

I can not send my file to my client for signatures?

    Hi Pamela,

    Are you getting an error when you try to send the file (or log in to the service)? Or does the file process endlessly?

    Please provide a few more details about the problem--what happens, how large the file is, and so on. We'll get to the bottom of it!

    Hi Sara, It is a one page document, I hit send others to sign and it won't let me go any further without an upgrade. If the plan I bought does not include this service, it will not work for me.
