As per the description above, you want to upgrade the current Adobe ExportPDF subscription to Adobe PDFPack to get the combine multiple documents into one PDF, Is that correct?

In order to upgrade, you have to place a new order of Adobe PDFPack and have to unsubscribe for Adobe ExportPDF service, to unsubscribe, please refer to Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
