    You are probably using a browser that uses its own PDF viewer, not the Adobe Reader plugin.  Either:

    1. use a browser that supports the Adobe Reader plugin
    2. configure your browser to use the Adobe Reader plugin
    3. download the document to your local disk and open it from there
