I am unable to save pdf documents scanned from another device using acrobat reader DC. What could this problem be. I never had any problems with a free version of reader, but after downloading the version capable of converting to word and excel documents I now cannot save documents scanned in pdf format from another device?  why is this happening??

Hi Douglask,

As you have mentioned above, that you are not able to save the scanned document. So could you please confirm what exactly happening when you are trying to save? Is there any error message that's appearing on screen during save?

Are you following the similar steps as explained in help document Scan documents to PDF, Adobe Acrobat ?
