i am using a mac. my pdf docments wiil not open. how do I correct this?

    Hi Roberts, 

    When you say you are unable to open pdf documents, does it gives you any error while opening it? Also, are you using Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC to view PDFs or is it Apple Mac's "Preview"?
