I beleive that I paid so I could convert PDF's to word, but when I try it asks me to subscribe.

I got this message, but it is asking me to subscribe. Do I need to download something else?

HI ellengreg,Have you clicked the link in that email to validate your account? Once you do, you should be able to log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password.Best,Sara
