I bought a subscription after my trial period ended. But when I try to download it (I've tried about 5 times now), it keeps saying "Your Acrobat subscription cannot be validated"

    Hi abbey19,

    I checked your account and it looks as though your Acrobat subscription order is still pending. Once the order processes fully, you should be able to log in and use your subscription.
