I bought Acrobat Adobe Pro XI. I am trying to download again because I restored my computer to original factory condition. Now Acrobat is taking 2 days to download my software. Please advise.

A tip: when you buy software and download it, make a copy of what you download to a CD or DVD, put it safe. There is absolutely no guarantee you will be able to download again, sometimes software is removed, or there is a charge by some companies.

I'm sorry that it's taking Acrobat so long to download for you. Please make sure that you're logged in as as admin to your system, disable any antivirus, and then try downloading from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X

Hi Jim,

See Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Downloading, Installing, and Setting up > Downloading and Installing.

Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the screen to find both phone and chat options.
