I bought the wrong software. How can I cancel?

couple of hours ago I made a purchase for Acrobat PDF and I wanted Excel, can someone help me how can I change this?

    Please clarify what you have purchased; there is no Adobe product called "Acrobat PDF".

    And you write that you wanted Excel; Excel is a Microsoft product.

    sorry it's Adobe PDF file. Pat, I am not that great with computers. All I wanted is to do my spreadsheets for work, and it doesn't seem to do anything, then I realise there is another thing for excel. And I can't seem to get around to cancel the payment or to make another purchase for Excel. So I was looking for answer from someone.

    If you've purchased an Acrobat.com subscription, I can help take care of the cancelation for you. But, if you need Excel, you'll have to contact Microsoft for that purchase.
