i can convert pdf to excel but it does not convert the document (multiple tables of data) exactly. It will not identify and place in a separate cell headings in a table?

I'm trying to convert a scanned PDF of a multi section statement into excel, but the conversion groups some data together rather than assigning to a different cell form each item?
