Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.
When you say you are unable to access the Cloud after login into your account. So does that means you are trying to access the Creative Cloud Storage or Document Cloud storage?
In order to access the Document Cloud storage, you may refer to the- https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent
Or if it is Creative Cloud storage then you may check the following- https://assets.adobe.com/files
