i can login on the member page but when i want to change a pdf into word the same login doesnot work?

Can you confirm how you have been trying the conversion? Is it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC or online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ?

Or share the screenshot of the page where you enter the login credential and it doesn't accept.

As Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
