I can not download the PDF document to my computer or the cloud.

I purchased the fill and sign form adobe document cloud and now I get this error when I want to download PDF to my Computer or save PDF to Document Cloud:

ERROR

Unable to download the completed PDF. An unexpected error occurred (refL JRA5e) or (ref: NetOv).

What is going on. It worked before.

Hi Jesse;

I will email you privately and ask if you can send me the file you uploaded, it is likely a bug related to the file which we can fix, there are so many variations in files that occasionally one does not download properly, but given the file we should be able to fix the issue.

Hello Jesse,

Thank you for posting on Adobe forums.

As you are facing trouble downloading file, I would suggest you to first clear the browser cache and then try again.

You might also try using a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com‌) for the list of supported browsers.

Do you get this error while downloading other files or some specific file only?

Let me know more on the same.
