I can not access PDF in my PC from the .Com account

Do you see your file when you're logged in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files? If not, please clear your browser cache and try again.

Or, have you tried to download your file, and now can't find it on your computer? When you download a file from your online account, it typically goes to your "Downloads" folder. If you can't find it there, please trying the searching for it using Windows Explorer or the Mac OS Finder.
