I can not open any converted files.

I cannot open any files I have converted to PD. Each time this message is displayed " there was an error in opening this document. It cannot be found"  What??

Hi tomv77353474,

What are you using to open the PDF files? Acrobat/Reader? What version? Are you on Mac OS or Windows? And where do those files reside? Are they on a network server?
