I can not use the Adobe Document Cloud

Eu não estou conseguindo usar o produto adobe document cloud de jeito nenhum.

Estou há horas nesse computador, entro e ficam pedindo uma porção de coisas pra segurança, sei lá que mais!

Assim não dá!

Muita dificuldade pra usar esse produto!

Só propaganda que abre pra comprar mais produto... preciso transformar  documentos PDF em Word para alterar a cor do documento, só isso! Mas tá impossível.

Comprei o produto pra usar, não pra ficar desse jeito! não quero outro produto por hora! Preciso trabalhar, POR FAVOR!!!

    We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF. There is a possibility that you have been using Adobe Acrobat DC. However , you should download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and signed in using the correct email address.

    Follow the steps below, to activate the subscription.

    1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    2- You can also use the services through free desktop of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    3- "Sign In" using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

    4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

    You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign ... services (PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

    Is impossible use this product dicuments desapearing and is difficult finding it for me is a horrible situation. So my inttention is to desist and no continue .
