I can't access my file that I started filling out.

The idea is excellent, but the execution is terrible. When you work on a document and can't get to it in the cloud, it causes a lot of frustration. Everytime we try, we get a "Please wait..." message. After waiting, nothing happens. What's up with that?

    Hi;

    Can you give me a little bit more detail, where did you work on a document?  I am guessing since you said "fill out" that it is a form?  A screen shot would be helpful so I know where you are working...
