I can't access my subscription.

So I have Paid for a subscription, but every time I try to use it I get re-directed to a upgrade page....I am not going to put out any more money enough give me what I have paid for

    HI purring54,

    I checked your account and see that you have an active Adobe Send subscription, but there are no other subscriptions. For Send, you should be able to log in directly to cloud.acrobat.com/send with your Adobe ID and password.

    If you think you ordered a different subscription, is it possible that you used a different email address when you signed up?,
