Boa noite, acabei de fazer o pagamento do Adobe Export PDF e não consigo converter o arquivo grande que preciso para DOCX

Hi Sheilaa,

As mentioned, its a large file. So can you please confirm how large the file is? Because the Document Cloud services allow you to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB.

Document Cloud Help | File size limitations

If your file size is exceeding the limit then there would be a problem in conversion. Or you would be receiving the conversion error.

Check with a smaller file and see how it goes.
