I can't convert a png to a pdf. Can I get some help with this?

I just purchased an adobe png and I can't convert it to a pdf.

I continue to receive this error message, "could not complete your request (400).

This should be basic. Can someone help with this problem?

Does it happen with just this file, or any file? How are you accessing the service, exactly?
